On July 10th, Mr. David Hiebaum, General Manager of mediaman Shanghai, was invited to hold a speech named “Creativitiy connects you and me" in the governmental conference - “Building an international Jing An".
Jing An Government officials chose this topic after having held more than 280 forums during the past 3 months. Mr. David Hiebaum was the only foreign representative in this event. During the speech, he explained his concept of internet community building based on mediaman’s experiences in Europe and China, and the benefits, a Shanghainese city district would gain from using Internet communication.
