Creative Director
The Creative Director oversees the creative team to help develop the agency's creative product for clients. This team includes concept developers, copywriters, designers and web developers. The CD also works with the Sales team and the Account Managers to make sure the client's needs are being met and the creative goals are on track. CDs also develop every aspect of an ad campaign based on the client's marketing plan, conceptualize those ideas for clients, assign projects to staff and verify the client's deadlines are being met.
Duties and Responsibilities
New Biz
- Supporting Sales team in developing NewBiz proposals and marketing strategies for clients
- Consulting with potential customers, learning about their requirements and creating proposals
- Working with concept department in order to create feasible proposals for new customers
- Supporting Account management with creating new ideas for existing customers
Design
- Setting the Creative Direction of all design work
- working directly with the clients in creative workshops and strategic projects
- Overseeing the creative team's work, providing feedback and support
- Suggesting individual training plans and helping to execute them
- representing the design department in the internal company board
- making personnel decisions in the design department
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of web design and web usability
- Professional presentation, coaching and leadership skills
- Pro active and open minded personality with innovative mindset
- Good oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English
- At least 3 years experience in field of web design and usability
- Ambition to make life, communication and shopping easier for the online user
