Concept / Project Manager
You will be closely working with clients, transforming their visions and requirements into comprehensive concepts for target-oriented online solutions.
You will be coordinating and directing a project team of creative and technically oriented people, ensuring smooth progress within a given time and budget frame.
You have an industry-related college degree, and at least three years of relevant experience in the internet business, you are familiar with the latest technology standards. You support our sales division by detecting opportunities and communicating them actively. You are self-responsible, open-minded and fluent in English. Chinese language skills are beneficial.
Interactive Designer (Senior)
You will be responsible for the graphic visualisations of our concepts. According to the briefs of the project manager, you will create design proposals, refinements and style guides for internet applications. You will be overseeing the work of your design team and freelancers.
You have an industry-related college degree, and at least three years of relevant experience in interactive design principles, usability and online branding issues. Presenting design proposals to clients and discussing concepts openly is not a problem for you. You are a self-responsible team-player, eager to explore new and innovative solutions. You are fluent in English Chinese language skills are beneficial.
Assistant to GM
You will be providing administrative support for the General Manager, maintaining his calendar and contacts, answering incoming phone calls and e-mails, arranging meetings and helping to manage the work day. Overseeing the office, coordinating people and equipment is not a problem for you. You will be maintaining proposals, legal contracts, personnel and other confidential files in order to ensure needed information is available. You will be translating at conversations with clients, staff and suppliers.
You have a degree in office administration or related fields, and at least two years of relevant working experience, preferably in internet or advertising agencies. You have organizing ability and you are fluent in both English and Chinese language.
