Introducing premium healthcare services online in China

the task

Create a new website with the focus on less, but more efficient features than the previous website. Communicate the premium attribute of ParkwayHealth's healthcare services. Establish a user-friendly information portal, but also an online healthcare resource for foreigners living in China.

The approach

mediaman analyzed the contextual market environment, user tracking data and the specific needs of the target group. Based on this analysis, a new information structure was created. The interface is designed in a way that makes it easy for users to find their destination, but also with strong and consistent branding elements. A flexible backend CMS system is the framework of this entirely template-based website, making the whole structure flexible.

The solution

The solution is designed in order to present answers to the most important questions of any visitor: What services do they offer? What specialists do they have? Where are they located? Does my insurance cover it? Any healthcare service is presented along with specialists and the respective location, which answers several questions at once. Users can make online appointments with specialists directly and inform themselves about latest healthcare topics and related promotions at the Living in China section and via the monthly newsletter.
