The Client
China’s International Children Art Exhibition is a Joint-Cooperation between the 2008 Beijing Olympics Organizational Committee and Intermusca Design Consultation (Shanghai). The Art Event is an international painting and drawing competition as well as an official cultural side event of the 2008 Olympics.

The Task
Building an information website to guide the participants through the process from registration to the award. The website should be the official information platform for media, sponsors, participants and government officials.

The Benefits
The website has increased the events value and international recognition, resulting in international funding and sponsorships. Regarding the working process, the website is a facilitative tool, as competition helpdesk and press releases are managed through the online system.
