The Client
Taiwan-based Sunpower Development Group is designing and constructing a Class-A office tower in Shanghai's XuJiaHui area. Labeled as 'boutique office', the new 'park centre' offers a lot of unique technical and architectural features.

The Task
Building a promotional website to introduce this project; visualizing and animating technical features and other advantages of the building in order to create interest within potential target groups. Built in English and Chinese.

The Benefits
Driving sales by using the website as a part of the promotional campaign. Many technical things are explained in an illustrative manner, resulting in positive feedback and better understanding from potential investors. Website is also a dynamic documentation platform of the ongoing construction process, powered by a customized CMS.
