We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team. You will be overseeing the lifecycles of multiple client projects, from proposal to deployment and beyond. You will manage client relationships, project timelines, project teams, and launches. By collaborating with our strategy, concept, design and technical teams you’ll be delivering high quality and efficient implementations of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications and campaigns. For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how strategy, design and technology can help our clients achieving their business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a senior digital project manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end project management
  • Scope project requirements and prepare budget, anticipate potential scope issues and proactively address internally and with client
  • Create, maintain and update detailed project plans that will drive expert schedule, resource and client management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expeditiously resolve project issues
  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Develop trusted relationships with your clients – listen actively to their concerns and questions in order to better understand their requests and perspectives, seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
  • Participate in the overall improvement efforts of the Project Management team by seeking opportunities for feedback and development

Required skills

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 5 years of related working experience
  • Experience in strategy, requirements definition, design, usability, content development, web development, and QC
  • Hands on experience with project management and collaboration software, like MS Project or JIRA
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills
  • Experience in managing, communicating and building relationships with clients
  • Ability to present and sell solutions to various stakeholders
  • Chinese and/or English language skills
